SLT The Workout
SLT is a minute, muscle-quivering, heart-pumping, total body workout. Our workout focuses on activating these slow-twitch fibers through slow-paced, together cardio, strength training and the most challenging elements of Pilates. The popular SLT, which incorporates cardio and strength-training New York Pilates, run by Heather Andersen, expands this week with a new bilevel.
